Dr. Christina Chan is thrilled to be serving Komoka!
When Dr. Christina Chan and her husband moved into the community in 2020, she knew Komoka would be the perfect spot to open an optometry practice. Having practiced in Arva for many years, she loved the close-knit feeling of a small-town practice. She loved being able to serve generations of a family and getting to know her patients on a personal level. Dr. Chan hopes to be able to bring the same level of care and expertise to her patients in Komoka.

From an early age, Dr. Chan knew she loved helping people and wanted to channel that passion into her own medical practice. After receiving her Honours Bachelor of Medical Science (with a double major in Pharmacology, Toxicology and Physiology) from the University of Western Ontario in her hometown of London, Ontario, Dr. Chan went on to complete her Doctorate of Optometry at Nova Southeastern University in Florida in 2011. As a Doctor of Optometry, Dr. Chan makes it her goal to care for her clients by building strong relationships and treating each patient like family. She’s based her practice on her commitment to ensuring your eye health and vision is well cared for by taking the time to get to know you and understand your unique needs on a personal level. Previously the co-owner of Upper Richmond Optometry in Arva, Dr. Chan is now bringing her passion for new evolutions in eye care and her unique style and fashion sense to Komoka and its surrounding areas.
