Return Policy

Something didn’t work out or not what you expected? If for some reason, you change your mind about your purchase, no problem! Purchases made online or in-store can returned up to 7 days after date of purchase. Please contact our office at info@komokaoptometry.com for return instructions.

Items must be in original condition and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

The following items are exempt from being returned and are FINAL SALE.

– Makeup/skincare products

– Artificial tears (if opened/used)

– Jewelry

– Items marked final sale

 

RETURN POLICY FOR GLASSES (CUSTOM ORDER)

Cancellations once an order has been sent to the lab are subject to a 20% non-refundable restocking fee.

 

RETURN POLICY FOR CONTACT LENSES

Contact lenses (even if boxes have been opened) can be exchanged for credit up to 12 months from date of purchase for reasons such as:

– Prescription change

– Contact Lens related issues (ripping, tearing)
